Tommy Gumina spent many years in the 50's and 60's playing gigs and record dates under his own name and with people like Harry James, Buddy DeFranco, and Willie Smith. In 1968, He started the Polytone Musical Instrument Company and as President of the company he is busy designing, engineering and producing high quality amplifiers, pick-ups, and very modern Accordion-type instruments Gumina has named The Polychorus.
